Newcomer / Intro Engineering disappeared!

hello all. could use some help. did my 2nd big engineering, after long grind to get everything, used EDO Materials Helper to make sure i was ready for Felicity and the Increased FSD range module to level 5. Everything went great and "thought" i'd engineered it correctly. you can see my journal log that i indeed did each step/spins. However, my ship only shows level 2. Even under the Felicity's engineering screen it just shows level 2.
What in the heck did I do wrong? I just spent a ton of resources and watch each level roll the dice as expected and celebrated. but it's not showing. I really really don't understand.
Thanks for any assistance.

Your Coriolis build shows the FSD with a grade 2 shielded modification and your jpg has an entry at 11:58:42pm for grade one faster boot sequence.

Remember you can only apply one modification to a module plus an experimental effect - so it looks like maybe you tried to add shielded and then faster boot sequence mods to your G5 increased range - i.e. overwrote what you had already applied. - just guessing

Yes the log file shows you engineering the FSD up to grade 5 Increased range then shows you applying a Faster Boot Sequence and as stated above you now have Shielded according to Coriolis.

Only one blueprint can be applied by us to a module and only one experimental can be applied.
Adding a new one removes the existing one and starts from scratch, which you seem to have done twice.

What is slightly puzzling is that you didn’t notice all the big red warning notices that say that trying this will take away what you have now.

There are modules with two sorts of engineering on them but they come that way when we get them from for example a Human Tech Broker, but generally we can’t do more than change experimental effects on those, though I seem to remember some can be engineered which removes the dual engineering feature and basically ruins the module.
