Recommended: collector limpet controller, 20-80 limpets (depends on how long you want to farm)
Instructions:
- Open your Galaxy Map and look for Anarchy systems being in Civil War or Outbreak state. After finding one open it's system map (if available) and check if factions there are really in shown state (Galaxy Map often lies about that)
- Go there and search for persistent signals: Seeking Weapons or Seeking Meds
- Jump into one
- You will now see 3-4 T-9 Transporter's, select one as your target and destroy it (you will not get a bounty in Anarchy and you don't have to worry about security forces)
- Each destroyed T-9 will drop a lot of above materials. Collect them using your limpet's after each kill
- Rinse and repeat for each T-9
- After killing all ships you can:
- Jump out and jump in again to the same persistent signal
- Jump out and head to another signal
- Simply exit to menu and log back in again
- ???
- PROFIT!!!
