Epic Games game error

Hello, I've been trying to play the game via Epic Games but I dont know why the game allways shows me the same conection error and investigating a little I found that this error was being fixed but I dont know if they found a way to solve it or not.

Can please someone help me?

It would probably help if you said what the error was and gave a few more details.
