Error as occurred: ws-37400-4 (Can Not play)

Old issue... solution the users can do below..
Disconnect the internet from console then launch game...
once on the main old menu, reconnect internet then play as normal...

your ISP/third party purchased connection by ISP/ Tier 4 connection - Is blocked/traffic shaping Dial home security checks...

Issue will go away when ISP uses another network pipe to dial to AWS server run by amazon...
Autoload balance if run by the rented connection the ISP uses detects failure for long enough will just fix the issue...
It may have already done so due to Sunday server load on internet issues...

Also confirm that all other games and PSN ID still login before launching Elite Dangerous with internet disabled...
If other Titles are still effected then you won't be able to by pass the security with offline mode in this game...

Report back: That Didn't work. At first. Had to do more.

But going off that, I then turn off console, disconnect power cable, and then went and disconnected power to Internet connection equipment, waited for a bit reconnect power. Then reconnect power to ps4, then tried that.

Can say thank-you, I am able to play again.

restarting router (power cycle) may just have connected you to new pipe from ISP... so now works...
have fun...
