Can anybody help me with this issue I'm having? Whenever I am on the franchise mode for like a minute or two the it disconnects and says this. Then I have to save and exit to main menu to get back into franchise mode and as soon as I connect to my franchise mode it happens all over again. Its making it very difficult to play the franchise mode. This never happened before since I downloaded the game back in 2019. It started after the last update. Please please help me find a solution for this problem. TIA.

Is this every day of the week? I ask because there is maintenance done every Monday morning (GMT time zone) so the servers are down. If it happens at other times that might be something you'd want to ask Technical Support. Click here for a direct link to them. Just scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Submit a request".
