Error Starting Application: 740

[CMDR Dreamstate]

Trying to play the game (through Steam) and when I hit launch I get this...

Anyone else having this problem this morning?

I've verified files, but no luck. I'm assuming it's a network error.

I can confirm this:

I can start "Horizons" ... Great, I thought, until I tried loading into open - get an error message saying commander data cannot be retrieved at this time.

So, as usual I just opened up my launcher and pressed play, but i've had this error pop up. Since then I've tried my luck with google but found nothing that fixed it. I've reinstalled the game, did a verification of files via steam and the launcher files as well, nothing worked. Can anyone help?

The old ones are always the best, try run as administrator
