The reason I chose this Pack is because Planet Zoo has nothing from European in the game and a Europe Pack would be great.

I like your choices, but to be honest, if there's no Ibex or Lynx in a European pack there's going to be a lot of unhappy people.

The honeybee is such an underrated suggestion. I think it would really cool to have bee hives, or bee exhibits.

A European theme I had an idea for would be
Some kind of “magical” or fairytale theme. Something Harry Potter or Grim theme. Maybe a alpine theme or Germanic theme.
When I use the classic theme it calls to me European theme that covers Greek and England but also an older zoo/museum theme.
Honestly I’m not sure about animals, I think a group that covers NA and Europe would be good.
But Ibex are a must.

I'm not sure why, but European animals just appeal to me more than North American ones, and I think I'd have more immediate use for them in the way I build.

Its probably because we simply have way more from north america in the game and besides the californian sealions most european picks are simply more iconic (atleast from my european perspective)
Red deer is more impressive and iconic then the white tailed deer, the cougar, while being iconic, stands no match to the lynx, the american badger is underrated, but the european one simply takes the cake and both the mufflon and the ibex are more iconic then the bighornsheep or Rocky mountain goat.
Also the Selection most people have nailed down for europe (1 lynx + 1 deer + alpine ibex + a small carnivore) is just more needed and unique then big cat and crocadilean, that most of us suspect

It means that atleast from my european perspective, while i do agree that they are an important Zoo animal and should be added to the game, the lynx is just a far more common Zoo animal, atleast over here.
Atleast in europe Lynx left a far bigger impact on Zoo culture then the cougar did, eventhough they were on one point just as common.

Also if we are talking from a strict game perspective, a Small cat is more desireable then a big cat at this point. Also you could easily make belive with a lynx as an american lynx, eventhough i would prefer the bobcat to join the game on its own at some point (american dessert dlc when, frontier?)

Btw we europeans like to mention our native fauna zoos, the wildparks.
To maybe make the concept a Bit more acessable i thought im gonna present a bit about my local one, the wildpark düsseldorf. Its a private park on a hill in our city thats sponsored by the city with free entry.
They take care of a part of the forest while displaying in big (we talk about multiple Hektar, the wild boars for example have 5), natural habitats wild boars, red deer, a big walkthrough for fallow deer, free roaming eurasian pheasnt, mouflon and a house for Small carnivores, housing the indoor exibits for racoons, red foxes, european wildcats and polecats.
They used to have lynx, but after they died of old age their habitat was restructured to a seperate enclosure for horny fallow deer.
Besides that the park houses free forest, a squirrel rescue station, playgrounds and an education.

Ofcourse this was a rather moddest example and the animals change with the region, for example at the coast you also find seals and in the mountains their local animals like ibex and chamois.
I hope this made a Bit more clear why we want these according to some "unintetesting" animals so badly, the fallow deer being my Most wanted animal period

If there's a building theme, I hope it is inspired by the bavarian theme in Planet Coaster. I really like this style. We can build it with the current pieces, but the number of pieces increases a lot and not everyone has the patience needed to build like this.

Seriously, lynx wish he would be as legendary as puma. One of the most known american animals worldwide. Recorded in humn history as legendary and fearless predators. They have even become the logo of a clothing company because they are associated with strength and speed. Everyone in current world probably know what puma is compared to small cousin from Europe. When you are basic person and you are going to zoo, puma is one of the animals you expect to see.

Not in europe lol, they are quite rare to see while lynx are very common.
To clarify what i mean with data from zootierliste.
The cougar with all subspecies is held seven times in germany, the eurasian lynx 48 times.
Not counting the iberian or the northamerican lynx species

It's almost as if animals have different value depending on where you're from.

There are currently no lynx and no cougars in any zoos here, but I still believe both deserve to be in the game. It's pointless to argue over which is more important as that's entirely subjective.

You know what's interesting here in North America we have cougars and lynx and nobody really talks about or cares about lynx. Don't get me wrong I would still LOVE them in the game

But Europe has lynx and doesn't have cougars...and prefers lynx apparently. I feel like if you had more options lynx wouldn't be prefered.
