The Sumatran Tiger would definitely need a few Model Changes too. Even though it wouldn't be much. The Fur on the Sides of their Head would need to be a bit longer. The Head and the Body would also need to be a bit more slender. But I think it wouldn't take much Time to make those Changes (except the Fur on the Head probably)

I agree with a Europe pack being a traditional pack. I can see North America being an animal pack and Europe being a traditional pack. Mostly because I think Europe would be a good opportunity for some default zoo theme pieces we are sorely missing. They would fit in naturally enough with the Germanic theme you've presented, I think.
Plus, 4 animals would probably be enough for Europe. I think the lynx and ibex are must haves, and after that? Maybe a sorely missing waterfowl (pelican or mute swan?) then a fox, walrus, or deer species.
If it were an animal pack, I can see an aesthetically "pretty" and "elegant" choice of animals working really well, to bring the pack together. The red fox, mute swan, and fallow deer would really add to that.
