I'm excited enough about the Q4 update that I'm back playing ED in preparation, and I've discovered that it's very "empty" here on PS4. I spent a little time at both CGs this weekend, and not a single CMDR was to be found. I'm now at Deciat (been here quite awhile) scanning frameshift wakes while waiting for a long-distance ship transfer, and not a single CMDR to be found....

So where is everyone these days? I know that a number of you aren't playing right now (I wasn't until recently), and I know that others are probably 'endgame' players that are past doing CGs and engineering FSDs, but I've never had a CG or a popular Engineer's system all to myself on a weekend like this. What's up with that?

Robigo/Sothis is fairly busy though.

Yeah the CGs bore me as well, I only went this time to "people watch", but there were no people to watch. CGs used to be popular with new players, because it's not a bad way to make a little extra $$ when starting off. Deciat also tended to be pretty popular for newer players. So does this mean that we are all "end game" players these days and the influx of new players has petered out?

Probably where the current money makers are which as Speedcuffs mentioned is currently around Robigo and Sothis.

I have bumped into a few at the Guardian sites and Dave's Hope in the past few days though.

You getting your Guardian FSD booster then ?

I've not taken part in this week's CG, but I have 50 cmdr contacts in my log from 20 Sept which was a 3hr game session split between Jameson and a haz Rez at last week's CG... I'm now doing PP undermining (from PS4 open, not PC solo) and have yet to see another cmdr.

Oh yeah, farming some Guardian Braintrees for Technetium in Synuefe LX-G b44-11 B 2 coordinates 44.1, -94.6; 11.3, -40.7 and 13, -33. Take a drive around if you've never seen a Braintree before.

In Open.... deserted....
In Mobius (@ Jameson)…. between 4 and 9 Cmdrs in any one instance with plenty o7 and chat going on.

Blocking doesn't work like that on PS4 anyway, we did extensive testing on this way back, all it does is block chat, doesn't stop instancing like on the PC. I don't have anyone blocked and still was only 3 CMDRs in Robigo.
