Everyone is "clean"

I can't find any "wanted" ships anymore, all "clean", (playing in Solo mode), particularly today and also yesterday I seem to remember. Scanning in supercruise never shows a "wanted". I'm around the Abazi anarchy system so I would expect lots of "wanted" ships. Find USS and none are "wanted".
Is there a problem with the servers?

I don't think anyone is wanted in an anarchy. Try using your kill warrant scanner to get Galaxy bounty values on them.

I had the same issue at first, until I realised they probably don't show as wanted in an anarchy.

Clean refers to status in the current system, you need a Kill Warrant Scanner to see if they are wanted in another system.

Use the kill warrant scanner on ships in anarchy systems and you will earn all the bounties from Empire/Federation etc. when you kill them (they will still show as clean, use your 'contacts' list to see the bounty total). Plus you can pick up goods and sell them without getting a criminal record. Anarchy systems are the best place to bounty hunt.

Yes, I've been using the kill warrant scanner and have only had one "wanted" show up since I've used it. Nothing in the last few days, they always show "clean". I've scanned at least 50 ships.

It doesn't change the status. Check the contacts tab on your left panel, after the kws has finished scanning. The bounty shows there, if they have one.

In an anarchy, at least 60% of targets are wanted somewhere, in my experience.

They're not innocent though. He's probably missed about 30 bounties because he doesn't know ro check the contacts.

May be you were just to good at your job and all the wanted have left the area. Time to up sticks and move to a new more prosperous area.

It sounds like a bug; this has never been a problem for me.

Have you tried different systems? Have you recently changed your load out? Do you see any ships fighting at the nav beacon? Or none?

You may need to get more info and raise a ticket.

I went to some other Anarchy system and the "wanteds" appear on the kill warrant scanner as expected. Something's wrong with the Abazi system, shame as it's quite a lucrative system.

no ship is listed as 'wanted' in an anarchy, because they don't care. or there is no kind of government there at all.

in EVE terms, anarchy = 0.0
