Exact download size of Odissey expansion

Hi guys, simple question: I have a limited internet connection so I had to know the exact download size of Odissey expansion. Anyone with the launcher version ( no steam, no Epic) that had already finished the update can help me? Thank you in advance o7

I'm of the mind that Odyssey will add an additional 50 gigs to the existing ED/Horizon 25 gig, not adding to it which would make the combination of ED/Horizon and Odyssey a 100 gig.

I've not even got my key yet... Frontier Store says "Pre Order" where the download option usually is...
So, should I have my key already? Or is it only Alpha people who have the option to download/update?

Great start isn't it? The download is going to be anywhere from about 50 to 75gb and they haven't bothered to make the download available earlier. Would have made much more logistical sense to allow downloading over a period of days as opposed to the entire community worldwide attempting to do so at the release time of 19:00BST.

Is your key or anything listed as available on the frontier store? Or will these keys only become available once its launched around 7pm-8pm?

My whole ED folder is 66.3 GB (mostly Horizons + Odyssey alpha). On the system requirements, FD says Odyssey requires 75 GB of space. Alpha folder is now 46.6 GB.

So far it looks like it is downloading some changes/additions for the products/elite-dangerous-64 folder that I have currently and a new products/elite-dangerous-odyssey-64 folder

I don't have Odyssey as I'm going to hold off for a week or so to let things calm down, but my Horizons is currently updating.

Steam just started without any intervention - it downloaded the Base Game/Horizons update first (as far as I can tell now) and then started on the Odyssey download. It doesn't look like my launcher has been updated yet.

I would think you need to close the launcher or else Steam will think the game is running and won't try to update it.

I bought Odyssey at the Frontier Store, not on steam. But ED and Horizons on steam (back when they sold Frontier Keys). So, will steam update my game, or not? I already downloaded the 1,7GB Update and restarted steam. No odyssey download. I startet ED, the ED Launcher opened, and told me steam needs to update more things, i should restart steam.

I did, and again nothing happend. So, what now Frontier ...

EDIT: Download is now working just via the ED Launcher without steam.

I've just read on REDIT that Odissey doesn't have a partner key for stream!?
Only way to install and play is via the ED launcher...?
This cant be true?

I can see Odissey listed in the Launcher via steam, but Install isn't clickable

If you have Odyssey from Frontier Store directly, prepare for a full 72 GB download.

If you have ED through Steam and purchased Odyssey from the Frontier Store you may need to look for a CD key or some other key to get Steam to recognize that you are entitled to it.
