Excess brightness in the Terminal

This is what happens to me when I try to use the terminal in any settlement or space station.

It is literally impossible to use the terminal with such brightness and I have changed ALL, ALL the options and settings,

Does it happen to someone else ???

I had this problem initially

To resolve it delete the graphics ini files: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Graphics

Restart Elite and set the graphics to your liking - should work

I dont have Graphics folder.... :(

Sorry, i dont have ini files in the folder, only ".fxcfg" and ".xml"
