not angry, and i already know that it is irrelevant.. and knew this when I typed in the very first message about them.
not the point
, like I said if no-one gives feedback, what happens next is everyones fault for assuming fdev tests and sees a problem, we know this doesn't work.
get the point yet, report things that don't work the way we are told they are going to work.
very simple
that I happen to be one of those that types in 100 times more words than are necessary to get a point across or that I like to use analogies or other weird comparisons that maybe make no sense, is just the way I do some things some times.
that anyone assumes I am angry or even complaining when I am not, is not my bother.
been watching this type of thing since 2014.
for the first year of Odyssey, I refused to cooperate, it was sold to us as a completed game which it never was and is still nowhere near the level that Horizons reached regarding bug fixes and complete functions that work, etc....
I love the game, so because I took part with 3 accounts in this CG, I have some things to say.
If no one wants to read or listen, thats fine.
I am allowed
I never went anywhere near off topic until this exchange, which only barely still on topic.
If Logistics is not your thing, then I don't get the response at all.
Logistics is My thing, and the math was very simple.
And because I do play the game, I know how I mass buy things, and how many others buy things.
And as I pointed out, better to overstock a reward than to understock a reward.
imagine standing in line for a reward, only to be told, sorry come back another day, we are out..
this is not the latest iphone.
this is a very specific reward given for a specific action that did not have to be done by anyone, but rewards tend to interest people. till you have to work to find out why you didn't get it.
imo, being sold out for any reason is unacceptable. and every time it happens, less people show up for next time.
in this case, worsened by the timing, it was Thursday Weekly reset, more than a great time to ensure things sailed smoothly.
Numbers could have been allotted days ahead of time and already stocked everywhere, just waiting to turn the item ON.
if you know how stock works, you know this is too easy to do.
Worst case, an intern could easily have been tasked with making sure every megaship was ready, tested and working. did that happen...I don't think so.
Sally did have a cool response, she knew what happened, probably because so many of us wrote about it.
Cool would have been to insert her message into the local news at megaships or something along those lines.
And THAT would have kept ME out of the forums, which I am sure everyone would like.
I fully expect to go through this on Feb 2 as well. why not? - cu then.
you didn't do your part by reporting any deficiencies, too busy in here trying to have fun with letters, or did you?
and partly because I have yet to see a corrective action after someone says lessons learned.. that just means someone made a note something was not right.
if it helps, this is my way of responding to silly things. especially when I am in a good mood.
