Good god that’s a lot of undermining , as you say they really really wanted that system , musta been a few of them farming the data . Must be an easy system to farm, so them keeping hold of it will be a challenge for them.

I believe they (whoever they are) just wanted to kick Delaine off from the system... given that it became a permit locked system with PP2, doesn't offer any meaningful advantage. Except that another power could take it and havest newbie pledges there...
