Can anyone answer those questions please

Are exploration data bound to ship or player ?

examples
I explore in ASP then I store my ASP in station and hop on vulture. Can I sell expl. data gathered with ASP from vulture ? If not, upon getting back to my ASP, my exploration data still there ?
I sell ASP buy vulture... my exploration data is lost or not ?

correct, as you can come back, dock, get in to another ship and go elsewhere to sell :)

edit : I am guessing in terms of lore it is akin to taking a storage device with you from one ship to another.
