So it would be nice if FDEV could shed some light on this situation for us as multiple discords are up in arms about it as i am myself being about 30k lty out from the bubble on my way back I am now hearing Betancourt no longer has universal cartographics option but when you ask other commanders if they are getting 3x payout at other/any station Just basically receive a "not sure" in response .. So for the commanders out in the black that would prefer to just hop to sag A to sell if its possible I would like to know if someone could clear this up .. Thank you in advance.

Current workaround is setting the language to english to get the UC to appear, and according to D2EA here:

I was getting 3x the UC payout at Betancourt 2 days ago. I got Elite in Exploration that way. It did not show in UC, but if you watched the credit amount get updated, it was 3x of the value shown in UC. I did have to relog to see my Exploration rank get to Elite, but it did work for me two days ago. I am no longer in that system to see if it still working today however.
In the Sell page shows the "normal" payout,but if you check the Income you'll notice it's been payed 3x,it was the same also during the CG,by the way this applies only if you were subscribed in the CG.
wait a minute... really? If someone was not taking part in the CG, they will not get the bonus payout now?

Global rewards were always ... well, global, so it would be weird if that would work like you said.
Modified DDS was special reward for top 75% participants and you probably misunderstood Tier rewards as being part of that too.
top 50% here headed to betancourt instead of center just to be safe
Please refer to my message in a different post quote below. You will get the 3x CR at Betancourt Base, but it no longer counts towards your Exploration Rank.
[EDIT] Just logged into the game and Universal Cartographics IS still available at Betancourt Base, Though i am in the English Language version of the game since someone mentioned the language setting may have an effect.

In this case if you participated you were getting x4 payouts during the CG, so still a better benefit that anyone who just wanted to profit off our work.So I can confirm as of 10/16 (eveningtime in the US) that for the english client the UC console still shows up and appears to pay out bonuses in credits but not the same amount in experience. got lots of money but after 70-90 systems cashed in (what looked like) 82m worth of charts, got about 190m worth of actual credits hit my balance. while on the Explorer rank side, went from 10% into Pathfinder to 69% into Ranger.
