Explorer's Anchorage UC office needs to reboot their router

I can't connect to Universal Cartographics at Explorer's Anchorage. Everything else on the station services menu works, but UC just softlocks with the never-ending spinning wagon wheel. Anyone else have/had this problem or is it just me?

Last a couple of times accessing the screen has taken some time. Don't remember if it was some tens of seconds or a few mitunes. Might be tied to the amount of data you have for sale.

It was the same when I docked there to sell Data.

IMHO this might have to do with UC Routines scanning for Systems that are <20LY due to the extreme System density there, although I could be wrong.
But I have no other explanation as to why it takes a very considerable time before any Page loads to sell.
In that regard, the place is rather unique.

PS.
I also noticed there that the "Buy UC Data" function is basically non-functional.
That, however, I credited it to the entire area possibly not being properly tagged/scripted as "Inhabited Space".
(I didn't find a single POI on Planets anywhere near it, also AFAIK dropping out of SC i.e. in Rings didn't produce any of the usual NPC spawns - making me think the spawn scripts across the board treat this entire area as "uninhabited - Deep Space >500LY")

Just my theory - but it's the only one I had and it all seemed to point that way.

All three times I've docked there I've had that issue. I've heard it was due to the data amount as well. Just take a break for a couple minutes and when you come back you should be able to start selling.

It will work eventually if you wait for it, but sometimes it takes a very long time. No idea why, but yeah it's frustrating.

This is just the way it is when you have a lot of exploration data. Making the trek to SagA* means collecting a whole lot on the way (unless you never scan anything and why would you do that). The more data you have, the longer it takes.
