That should be good for me too. I'm not unduly worried about where.
I'm too far away ATM.
Seems like it might be a good idea to plan this for a month or so from now so that people who are far away can better plan their journeys to make the event.

Im down for it. Provided the time I need to complete expedition. 2-3 weeks out.
Sounds good to me. If it works out we can always do another one with more notice to let more long-range explorers attend.
At the rate I normally travel crossing the bubble is a few days time for me, so it'd be good if the location was announced fairly soon so I can plan for it. No specific suggestions - an ELW or a ringed giant might be good for photos, or perhaps a tight ternary system?

I might turn up too. Currently just pootling around in my Clipper garnering exploration data for the current exploration CG.

Yeah, if it's not too far away, I might come loaded for bear as well - the Clipper's range goes down a tad when loaded for bear

Easy way is to take your laptop, hook up to WiFi in the middle of the bar, announce to the crowd that you are just going to meet up with a bunch of random people in a video game, when they jeer, tell them I'm buying the next round, and login. Most of us will understand the drunk-speak anyway. I'll keep shields up knowing the potential for spelling errors and collisions is high....
