Why do people set up buy/sell orders on their FCs where, apparently, they don't intend to actually sell stuff to anybody else?

Buying from the market is much faster than waiting for the counter to reach 720 if just transferring from cargo.

I set sell orders up and lock the FC up, makes perfect sense to me.

That and it allows your friends/squadron mates to transfer freight from your carrier too when you are working on a community goal or a powerplay move. But then you forget to remove the sell order when you are done. Or, you DO intend to sell things off because you still had over 3,000 tons of CMM Composites left that you didn't get offloaded by a Community Goal deadline, and you didn't want to keep hauling loads of them after the CG to empty your carrier, so you sold them off cheap, and again, forgot about it. It is easy to do.

I once wrote a ticket because I couldn't dock at my carrier.
Completely forgot I had sensors turned off (for some reason)

Another victim of the export order not turning off. the behavior could be better if the selling order auto turn off when commd out of stock
