Faction Deterioration Question

Question: I know the Major Factions never drop below 70% once you've allied with them. Is this true for minor/player-controlled factions? Like if I don't visit a minor faction for a while (i.e. I'm all the way in Colonia now) will relations drop to say "zero" again or perhaps go from allied to friendly to cordial again? If so, in what time frame would this take place?

Minor faction reputaion isn't supposed to decay. If it's going down, then you're actively doing something to upset them.

I'm still Allied with a couple of factions I haven't visited since pre-Horizons days, for example.
