Grazing the topic of BGS and factions, here's a generator I put together many months ago, using data I'd collected from EDDB.

That's neat. I just tried it and it worked well, though failed to come up with anything as wonderful as the Mingin left revolutionary party, or the Union of Warigua Unionists!
