Fahrenheit(Temperature)

It would be nice to have for us inferior Americans, lol.

I try to associate F to C in my head by remembering that 0 C (32 F) is freezing and 100 C (212 F) is boiling.

So, on the Africa Grasslands biome the temperature is normally like 30 C, which is about 90 F.

It's because celsius is superior, and because frontier is a british company.

Yea that's a wonderful assessment, but you missed something VERY clear in the game already.

Currency is in what? Dollars
You can also change distance unit to feet, and you can change speed unit to MPH. Literal zero reason for it to not be added.

...

I'm very confused by this statement. Yes it's in dollars, and? The states isn't the only country with dollars as their currency xD Plenty of countries that have celsius use dollars. Canada, for example. Plus dollars is just the default money people think of.

... Not to mention JackSpinoRex was just making a joke 🤔

I think if we can change from metric to imperial and vice versa in measurements, this should be in the game as well. While I much prefer meters over feet, I would love to be able to use Fahrenheit as I'm not accustomed to Celsius and I'm not sure if I ever will be.

I’m surprised Fahrenheit wasn’t implemented when you can change from imperial and metric and vice versa in other aspects. I hope they implement Fahrenheit soon cause Most Americans aren’t familiar with Celsius

Come on

9/5+32 2XC +32 is close enough for government work

I'm on the Canadian border in the US. Drive to Canada all the time. This isn't any more difficult than converting mph to km/h 60 mph =100 km/h therefore multiply any km/h speed limit by .6 to know how many mph. 60km/h X .6 = 36mph

30C = 54+32 = 86

30/5 = 6 X 9 = 54 + 32 = 86 Divide by 5 then multiply by 9 then add 32

Approximation - 2*30=60 + 32 = 92 you can then just subtract 6 to get 86

Exercise your brain

It's because celsius is superior, and because frontier is a british company.

This is a terrible excuse, as we can choose MpH for speed; as well as Feet for distance (and even YARDS!! lol); Yet we can't pick Fahrenheit ...

Seems less of a "This is a British company, l2British" and more of a developer oversight (if they went to the trouble to add all the other options)

I mean, at this point just learn how to use Celsius, sure you could go the easy rout and have it translated for you...

but 32 in C is miserably hot while 32 in F is glorious weather. (my opinion)

take your phone out and switch it to C for a bit

Celsius is a very easy and sensible temperature system though.

0 is when water turns to ice. Therefore everything below 0 is freezing.

0-10 is chilly
10-20 is comfortable
20-30 is warm
30+ is hot

Above are the basics.
Whether certain temps are pleasant to you or not will differ depending on weather, humidity, and what you're used to. For instance, 12 degrees and sunny can be pretty nice, but 12 degrees with wind and rain is not. And while 20 degrees in the Netherlands (high humidity) is really nice summer weather and people will walk around in skirts and go swimming, 20 degrees in Spain (low humidity) is pretty chilly and people will walk around with coats. And while 10 degrees here in the Netherlands is quite chilly, in Finland it will make people walk around in Tshirts.

That said, I think giving people the option to choose fahrenheit instead of celsius is a small and easy thing to add, so why not give people the option.
