During my bounty hunting I seen quite a few people. There was Commander Tom. Didn't end well. Seems like he didn't take his protein pills. Afterwords there was an NPC called "Spot The Maniac". He died. Another one I saw at a board was to assassinate a Paul Walker... Yeah. Didn't do that mission. Although if I did I'm sure ramming him would have been theway to go. Anyone else I can't remember.
