Fastest and cheapest way to the heart and soul nebula

Hello! New player here, and I promised my wife I would get to this nebula and show her it. How would I do so as cheaply and quickly as possible? Thanks!

Buy a Conda, engineer it to 70+ly jump range and off you go....oh, cheaply.

Buy a Krait Phantom, engineer it to 60+ly jump range and off you go.

(just keep going down the list of exploration vessels until you got to one you can afford)

Alternatively find a friend who is already there, mutlicrew and look out the window.

I wish I was English like my hero Tj.
Dev console.

ok, ok..seriously, cheapest *and* quickest is going to be the Asp Explorer. It's not the fastest out there, but it's close enough and you can't beat the price.

Will your wife be in multi crew ?
Then best option is ASPX.
If not then you can easily go whit a DBX or even a Dolphin.

Only need felicity farseer for grade 5 fsd boost.
But you are a lucky men if your wife is intrested in elite.
Mine is not :-(

My other half is not remotely interested but so long as it didn't unduly disturb the TV she's broadly supportive.

I'm working on my 11 year old, but he just likes the pew pew- kids eh? Imagine a grown up paying this game for the pew pew and not loving the exploration?! Weird!
(My AspX has no weapons and paper shields, please don't shoot me!)

Anyhow, for cheap get a DBX, if necessary raise funds by a few shorter practice runs in absolutely anything and scan shiny stuff, even if others have done it first, you still get good cash.

You are going to have trouble, because Heart and Soul are 2 different Nebluea close together

Take her to Eskimo. Much closer, much prettier and she wont know the difference ;)

There's a wormhole in Alpha Centari, managed by the Hutton Orbital space station. This wormhole will take you wherever you want to go. :D

I visited the Heart and Soul nebulas in my 66ly Phantom over a couple of evenings last week. I was exploring interesting systems on the way, so it shouldn't take long if you make a beeline. Any ship with 60ly+ will get you there in an evening I would have thought. Both have a populated system where you can dock and make repairs. The Bubble nebula is pretty nice (and different), so you may as well swing that way on your way back.

As others say, BD-12 1172 is well worth a visit too, and it's much closer.
