Parsec is a unit of length, not velocity. How fast is that in parsec?![]()
Not the OP, but I'll wager a guess. Armed explorer:
- Good jump range and fast scooping
- Plenty of SRV's and fighters to sustain reckless recreational activities during prolonged absence from The Bubble
- Self sufficient for module and hull repairs (AFMU and repair limpet controller)
- Small cargo rack for holding limpets and picking up any interesting cargo you come across during exit and re-entry to The Bubble (e.g. escape pods)
While the weaponry and shield boosters are superfluous out in the black, they come in handy while operating in the vicinity of The Bubble. This ship could also be used for mat gathering around the bubble and the odd courier missions to break the routine.
Here you are sir.In beta didn't a T-9 (via engineering bugs) have an almost infinite speed?
Keep boosting to go even faster!
I thiiink Bigmaec may just have made a meta Star Wars joke.Parsec is a unit of length, not velocity.![]()
Is this a new thing or known ? Only thrusters for T9 or other ships as well ?You could engineer the thrusters and keep stacking the result causing unlimited speed. You could reach super cruise speed in normal space if you did it enough times.

Oh, I am aware.I thiiink Bigmaec may just have made a meta Star Wars joke.
It was a bug in either the horizons beta or beyond, I can't really remember the timeline for it. I just know it was a few years ago.Is this a new thing or known ? Only thrusters for T9 or other ships as well ?
