Did somebody receieve any response from the FD support ever???
Is there somebody anyway who checks and reads tickets?
We read in the forum, that there is a few delay, but since the start from 16th Dec, none of my tickets were responsed.
Is it only my problem, or somebody has the same?
There's a distinct lack of feedback on ticket status, so you don't know if your ticket has been read or what its status is internally (e.g. if it's a known bug it should really get attached to the master ticket for that bug and your ticket updated appropriately). Frontier have stated that they're not happy with the support system as it is and are busy adding to the support team -- which takes time to recruit and train -- and looking at ways of improving the support system.
