You misunderstand. I believe that you don't understand why FDev should confirm. A lot of customer facing roles require patient repetition and clarification, it is normal for customers to require confirmation to their individual satisfaction.

This should be easy for FDev to confirm, assuming your concerns are unfounded. I think the part of the statement that says it will be at no extra cost to LEP holders should be confirmation enough, so it should be easy for FDev to clarify & confirm.

Ok, so you were not referring to anything in particular at all? As a generalization I do not think anyone would disagree with the principle. Applicable to any business within reason. See below.

It is only when you become specific, with specific concerns that you can articulate, that we can try to discuss about it really. Some concerns, for example, may actually turn out not to really be such, or not be recognized by the business as such, especially after reviewing the available info.
