FDev confirm reduced meta alloy repair numbers?

With regards to this GalNet News article

has there been any confirmation by FDev that the number of meta alloys required to repair stations suffering from UA-related malfunctions is reduced by half?

I looked through the most recent comments by Zac Antonaci, Michael Brookes, and Sandro Sammarco on frontier forums and Reddit without any mention on the meta alloy repair number.

P.S.
Anyone know Michael Brookes Reddit name?

It's an official article (non-Freelance), so it'd be really weird if it wasn't the case. I'm fairly certain someone would get fired from GalNet if they simply made up an article like this.

Will ask about it.

Has there been any update on whether or not the number of meta alloys required to repair a station has changed?

Of particular interest is the following section of the GalNet article linked in the opening post.

"We've also determined that the week immediately following the first signs of Unknown Artefact-related interference is a critical one. If an affected starport can be supplied with meta-alloys within that week, it is far less likely that the situation at the starport will worsen."

The above section could be very important to stations that have not yet closed, or are not yet seeing UA effects; such as the stations in the GalNet Starport Status Update

Some observations about the list of affected stations

- Stations listed as closed:
- - Not actually closed, they can still be docked at.
- - Have a meta alloy demand at the time the article is posted

- Stations listed as experiencing technical issues
- - Do not have a meta alloy demand at the time the article is posted
- - Do not have any apparent services malfunctioning or closed

- Stations listed as on the brink of closure
- - Do not have a meta alloy demand at the time the article is posted
- - Do not have any apparent services malfunctioning or closed

- The list is incomplete. There are stations that have been UA bombed but are not listed. I will not list these stations publicly or in private due to security concerns and consideration of player groups actively seeking to repair the UA damage.
