Description
Could someone explain why Fear is so high on this coaster??
gyA8V3V.jpg

Was/am trying to improve it's 'stats' but I can't see how the fear is as high as 6.41. There is only a couple of places on the ride where fear goes above 6.5.
I can only think it's something to do with the 'drop' but I'm not sure.

Steps to Reproduce
Not sure if I can.

Probably somewhere the Fear rating goes extremely high and that's why average it is so high.

It shows the values with intervals so you can't see it if it spikes somewhere.

From the looks of it, I'd say you have quite some forces working after the first drop (where the track marks 4.02-5.60-3.96) and during the second drop (5.20-4.95-6.85-6.29-5.99). There a probably a few spikes in between those scores, cranking up the fear rating.

The Fear value peaks at 6.76 momentarily after the drop and that is the only time it goes anywhere above 6.5!?
I can upload the ride to the Workshop if anyone wants to look at it further. . .

it would be helpful if you upload the ride to your workshop and give us a link. with this image alone it's just guesswork. like Joren91, i'd try to check heatmap of vertical g-force, this value shouldn't be over 6.0 during the entire ride. i think the radius from the drop into the tunnel (between 4.95 and 6.85) is too short and vertical-g in this section would hurt the peeps too much.

If you used a smaller tunnel radius it will also increase fear as peeps duck in the coaster, these are also small spikes which can not be seen on the heatmap if situated between 2 values.

Don't know how many close calls you got?

If no collision is on you can easily place 2 tracks (to) close to each other which also increases Fear ratings.

I was looking at the small section of track at the bottom of the drop and in trying to tweak it I managed to completely twist it up (the tools always work SO well!). Anyway in putting it back to how it was (untwisted) and with a little smoothing, the problem seems to have gone away (Fear dropped to 3.3)! So I now don't know if I actually changed something significantly (I don't think so) or whether there is actually a problem with some older (pre1.0) coasters where the coaster 'limits' have been changed and the ride as it stands now exceeds those limits (I think I might be seeing this on a couple of other coasters as well).

Well, at least you got rid of the spike somewhere.

Just moving this one over to the How do I...? section, as it's more of a question than a bug report. If you discover that a bug was the cause, please do re-report with reproduction steps!
