Feature request: Missions that work!!

I have recently completed several missions where I have achieved the objectives several times in the same flight - duplicated or even triplicated mission objectives found and performed - and still there is no success acknowledgement.

This happens especially with hostage rescues, but it also happens less often, with assassination missions. I kill the same bloke two or three times and scoop up his materials, and collect his bounty, but the mission never marks as complete.

This is a real game breaker, especially when duplicated targets are 88,000Ls away across a massive system.

Why do the bad guys get the ability to hyperspace in to the more distant stars in muntiple-star systems, when we don't?? Unfair!

Update: So I killed the so-and-so three times and returned to base to confess my failure.

Rather than abandon the mission, I decided to log out to main menu and then log back in again...then I re-flew the mission and it actually worked. Maybe there's some more data there for the techies.

I have encountered this with assassinate missions, only when I have plenty of these, and there appears to be some desync of the mission, as the mission target appears in the system where it was originally supposed to be, but on the server side, it was one of these updated missions, that have me going to another system to find the target.

Sometimes handing all the existing missions and then relog, will update the mission, and it can be completed.

I had this problem the other way around.
I had four missions (from the same station) to get information on planet surfaces in different systems. I could finish three on the first visited planet.
