Feature suggestion: Multicrew cargo space sharing

The current multicrew in Elite Dangerous does not offer a big variety of gameplay besides combat.
However i have a suggestion that could bring new gameplay into multicrew and would allow new players to better get help from more experienced players.

Discription:
The idea is that the ship's cargo space can be shared between crew members.
Other crew members can then manage their cargo space as they wish (more on that later).

The pilot can assign the precise tonnage to each crewmember. It is possible to assign all cargo space to a single crew member.
A crew member is allowed to interact with the cargo space, according to the rights assigned to them by the pilot, if they have cargo space asigned to them. They could load/unload, destroy/discard, and buy/sell cargo on markets.

An additional feature could be that the pilot could also control how the crew member can interact with their assigned cargo space, e.g. whether they can only load/unload cargo or also discard/destroy it. The pilot acts as admin and has full control over all cargo space, even if it is shared with a crew member. This means that the pilot can dispose of any unwanted or illegal cargo belonging to a crew member.

The pilot can move cargo from shared cargo space to non-shared space at any time. However, this may require adjustments, such as whether the crewmember's approval is needed to transfer cargo between spaces.
If a cargo space currently housing a crewmember's cargo is assigned back to the pilot, the cargo moves with it to the pilot. However, there is also room for improvement here.

When buying cargo, crewmembers pay for it themselves and it is stored in their assigned cargo space, if they have one.
When selling, the profit from the transaction goes to the selling crew member.

If a crew member leaves the ship with cargo in their assigned cargo space, it is transferred either to their own ship or to the pilot, depending on whether their own ship has enough cargo space to support thier cargo.
If a crew member leaves the game or goes to menu, the cargo is also assigned back to the pilot.

If cargo is breached via a drone, the separate cargo spaces act like one, which does not change the current behaviour. The same goes for cargo scans.

Pros and cons:
Cons:
-Need adjustments to the pilot's admin role.
-The first few hours of gameplay could be skipped (flying the first missions to earn money).

Neutral:
-Allows new players to join experienced players in their bigger ships to make a large amount of money in a short time.

Pros:
- Could help new players get started in the game more easily with the help of more experienced players.
-Introduces new multicrew gameplay.
-Provides more incentive to play in groups.
- Enables more direct interactive gameplay between players.

Conclusion:

Ships like the Panther Clipper MkII, Imperial Cutter or Type 9, and some medium ships are perfect ships for this.
If a more refined version of this were implemented in the game, it would undoubtedly increase multicrew usage.
I think this would be a great addition to the game and would also create a new way to transfer credits between players, which is a highly requested feature.
