Alright so far i have been stuck at Post Captain 100% and no naval missions has popped up in any station what so ever. I re-login multiple times. And all that but its just nothing but planetary scan missions. What the hek am I supposed to do. Its been like this for quite awhile and its starting to be very frustrating.

I know this will sound like im being sarcastic but are you looking in systems with federal factions?
Yes im looking in systems that is being run by the Federation. This has started at Sothis and Ceos as im pretty sure that's where everyone starts grinding the rank to begin with
Yep. Allied Rep on Federation Rank and every mission giver at every station of Sothis and Ceos and the surrounding station with Federation
Well Id say it's where they end up at least. I'd imagine they start at a nearby fed system in the bubble but yea, it's where I got my last 4 ranks for the vette
