Can anyone recommend good reasonable size federation station in the bubble which can be used as base? The station should also have reasonable amount of ships and parts available for upgrades. I am currently outside of bubble exploring but when I return back I want now look at a federation station which I can use it to call it my base. I already hold petty officer rank for federation and I wish to continue to expand and progress further with Federation.

In the Bubble there are so many things one might need that are really close by, I'm not sure how much it matters which station.

The minor issue with Sol stations is/was that because it is permit locked you can’t get missions back there when you have completed one from Sol to somewhere else, running empty and without a mission seems to offend grinders.
Pfft, no it doesn't. I have a permit.LOL, and "Permit Locked" is the second reason why I chose Sol. Keeps the riff raff out.
