Feedback Cascade Rails?

How much of the Shield Cell bank recharge does this special effect prevent?

Does it stack if you use more than one Feedback rail?

Here's the answer if it helps anyone besides me. I should use search more often. Although I have better results with Google searching this forum than searching on the forum.

- Feedback Cascade no longer provides a fixed 90% reduction to healing, instead each hit reduces the healing rate by an amount proportional to damage capped at -90% as before. Exact number of hits to reach the cap varies based on size of weapon and shield cell, but will typically be 2-3 (requiring either high skill or multiple railguns) and up to 5 for smaller weapons against size 8 cell banks

Thanks for a very timely answer to a question I was about to try and figure out.

Now, to see if I can fit 4 x rails and 2 x PA's to a Chieftain...

You spelt '4 x rails and 1 x huge PA on an FDL' wrong :p

The FdL and Id on't play together well. I don't know what it is, but it just doesn't work for me. I always find myself having more fun in my Vulture, and lasting much longer, and getting way more kills (in PvE, that is). In PvP, I also last way longer in my Vulture. I think it's just my style of flying.

Having said that, I'm toying with the idea of a 5 x P FdL for lulz. Because I will figure out a way to use the FdL if it kills me.
