Filter on station commodities list

Can a filter box be added to the commodies list when do ked at a station, alowing us to type the commodity we require

Can this auto discover, so as you type the first three characters for example, commodities matching appear underneath in the commodity list

By the time you do all this i have already found the commodity by just scrolling down with the down arrow...

No, you are missing the point. When you scroll up and down looking for stuff and cannot see them. Yes they are there but where, haha

Personally I don't have the patience.

I would like that "salvage" section to be collapsed, moved to the bottom or just hidden like rare goods and other commodities that only show up if you have them in cargo. At the moment it is so blinkin' annoying to have to scroll past such a long list of nothing.

I'd like to see a button that can toggle between all commodities and those that the station currently supplies and the player has on the ship. This filter could be on by default and if you want to see all commodities you could click the button to toggle the filter.

Most stations only supply a few commodities and unless the player is trying to do something silly to prove otherwise, most players only carry a few different commodities and the filtered view would contain maybe 10 to 20 entries in most cases. That would be short enough list to browse through...

If nothing else an option to cycle the various categories to the top of the list.
