Finding a Planet I discovered

So I’m on XBox one, I was flying about (as you do) and then got the “you discovered a planet” award on Xbox (Kelpers eye) when back in dock, I have no idea which planet I discovered was from, I can’t remember the route I was taking. Any way I can find out where is was ?

Assuming Keplers Eye was the system you should be ablt to just open the Galaxy Map type in the system name, then open the System Map for that system and your tags should show on any bodies you earned tags for.

Can you remember what was in it?
The codex lists the individual items you've discovered, so if you know if it has an earthlike, or what sort of star it was, you could find it in there.
Otherwise, it'll depend on whether you're sync'd up with Inara or EDSM.
Inara has a flight log (in the commander / personal logs / flight log)
EDSM I don't know so well, but I understand it's the best for logging discoveries.

Worth mentioning that if the '1st discovery' was recent, I was getting 1st discoveries for everything I scanned a few days ago, although this was obviously a glitch, as they were all earthlikes in the bubble.

I'm not sure how it works on Xbox, but on PC, almost everything you do is stored in a log file, and has been since 2.1 or so. Software like ED Discovery parses it into readable, searchable, visualisable information making it easy to go back and find stuff like this (as well as sharing it with databases like EDSM). I believe some of the same tools are available on Xbox, but like I say, not sure of the specifics on that system.
