I made this video that shows an entire loop of me starting on one planet, travelling to its neighbour and then finding and scanning the bio signals. The entire video is 17m long but the action in terms of locating the bacterial colonies starts at 8m31. All in all, it takes about 9 minutes for me to locate and sample both the bacterial colonies and fonticula on this planet. This is not an unusual method of working for me when locating bacterial colonies. Using an eye tracker to scan more of the surface helps immensely.
Forgive the video quality, I had to drop my res to 1080p from 1440p for OBS to have enough processing power to capture the video and get a decent frame rate from Odyssey. When I'm not doing video capture, I get about the same frame rates at 1440p.
