As someone who has a renewed interest in these, I appreciate this list. It does leave me with a question - are not CNBs a result of the BGS, and thus subject to change? I'm a BGS noob, so I honestly have no idea. I would not mind finding a "home" CNB similar to the home HAZRES I found (which surprisingly hasn't changed).
Not sure here tbh. These seem to be fixed/static, though some have changed to a normal nav beacon during lockdown and back to CNB once lockdown ended (lockdown increases security).
Some have moved to a near system in the Q3 update, some change from normal to CNB and back, so no real pattern here imho since we did not track the states.
A CNB close to my home system has been compromised since it moved form a near system in Q3.
