At least Nastrond is still around, seems like decent anarchy systems with CNBs are hard to find.

Are there any theories on how they appear/disappear?

I saw that mentioned in another thread, however I can confirm that Nastrond has been under the control of an anarchy faction for months (that I've been watching it, probably longer, it's player backed) and it's still got a CNB.

Edit:

Ponders: I wonder if every system has a special "government type" associated with it, and if the controlling faction's government matches then the beacon becomes compromised. Might need to talk about this with some of the BGS folk.

PSPF-LF 2 and Pyemmairre are listed twice.

Nastrond is an Anarchy system which makes it ideal for grinding combat rank, if you aren't interested in getting bounties. Adern Hill station has all necessary services and is ~380ls in.

I haven't been able to work out what "Vukub Huan" is.

I'm doing some investigation into how government types may/may not affect the presence of CNBs (and in particular I'm looking for more Anarchy CNBs). To that end I've been writing some code that takes the reference list here and scans against an API based on EDDB data. You can see the results so far here:

I'm able to pull most data that's visible on EDDB for these systems fairly easily, although cross referencing against stations and services might be a bit much at this stage (the API is someone's dev project and I don't want to hammer it too hard).
