Fleet Carrier - Is there a walk-through on buying and setting up anywhere, please?
In the next few weeks I will hopefully be buying my first fleet carrier, I am trying to figure out the process and setup but can't find any guides out there.
Just basic stuff really explaining the cargo areas, the tritium depot etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if there is a walkhrough. It is not too hard though.

Step 1: Gather a boatload (5 B) of credits
Step 1b: Have another small boatload (up to 1-2 B) of credits at hand for additional services
Step 2: Go to a carrier vendor system and buy the carrier. I don't remember the exact process, but I guess it will be in the station services menu
Step 3: You new carrier will be parked in the system if there is room, or in an adjacent system if the current one is full
Step 4: Either add the services you need / want right away, or do it lateras you need them. You do not need to be in a vendor system to add services, a carrier admin system will do. Those are more frequent and less crowded
Step 5: Park some more credits in your carrier's account for upkeep and market
Step 6: Either buy Tritium from a station and ferry it yourself, mine it, or set up a buy order and let players fill it for you for cash.
Step 7: You're done. Enjoy having a carrier.

As for the available services: I would say the bare minimum you might want is refuel, restock and repair. You do not need a shipyard or outfitting for yourself, the owner gets that for free. A bartender is nice to have to help with engineer unlocking, and also the bar is nice for immersion. Personally, I have repair, refuel, restock, UC, Vista and a bar on my carrier.

yes, but unfortunately not all at once. All modules you own are listed under "stored modules", and you can transfer them one by one (but in parallel, you do not have to wait for a transfer to finish to do the next one). Best get your carrier as close as possible to the station where your stuff is stored to minimize transfer time and costs.

The wiki has a lot of useful info, any questions just come and ask here;

Hi if i buy fleet carrier with ARX where should I claim it and how my friend recently did and she aslo ask me how😅 please tell me if you know thanks

Oh I know where the confusion might come from. You can buy carrier layouts for ARX, as well as pad and engine colors. These are cosmetics for the carriers you can buy for in-game currentcy also known as credits. You still need to pay your 5 billion credits in-game to get a carrier.

I think I am ready to get one. Plan is to leave The Bubble behind and go look around a bit. My only concern right now is getting tritium out there.
I hate mining. ;)
Also, I am not clear how can I stock equipment I currently do not have on my ships.
For example, I need mining related equipment just in case I run out.
Do I just go to a dealer in a small ship, buy/store it,go to my FC and transfer or can this be done directly from FC (galactic web shop) and have it delivered?

You have to buy and store at a station then from the FC transfer the new modules. storage of ships and spare ship modules do not take up space or weight on the FC and limits on spare ship modules has recently increased to 600.

Mining is a little easier once you get out in the black, after 500ly from the bubble / Colonia NPC's are no longer a problem and all rings are pristine, but if you don't want to mine head back to the bubble (not Colonia) when you have used half of the fuel that you started with.

OP keep in mind you aren't limited to the fuel in your FC fuel tank, you can store well over 20k tons of Tritium as cargo and move it to the fuel tank when you need it, so there's a lot of range available without mining.
