With modest services, about 5 million (core services) up to 20+ for full service per week.

If you are into on-foot gameplay, you can install a bartender and sell the Odyssey mats at max price. That could very well cover the upkeep cost of the FC
I must have spent close to 300-400 millions, buying mats from carriers, to speed up upgrading/engineering some gear.
Be sure to update the third party database(s) such as via EDMC, so that other players can find you on Inara.cz, for instance.

Just under 35 million per week. The last bounty hunting run I did took 3-4 hours, 20 missions, and earned just over 300 million, in a territory working within my pledged power's +140% bounties. Which is probably noob numbers, lol. I do take my time and get distracted by rl and in game things... squirrel!
Every service added to the Fleet Carrier is 6.75 B. 35 Mil per week.
Shipyard, Outfitting, and Pioneer Supplies are the pricey weekly services that really aren't important for most cmdrs. 16.5 M per week just for them.
(Shipyard and Outfitting are for visitors. Fleet Carrier Owner doesn't need them)
