Fleet Carrier stranded up at Rockham's Peak after "incident" with security forces. Looking for Help.

Rackham's Peak has only outfitting and no shipyard, so perhaps only modules would stay there (cheap to transport even to bubble most of those), unless modules end up also where ships onboard FC end up when that FC is taken to pieces.
Seems we need a New Rule besides flying without Rebuy:
Never fly a Fleet Carrier without an Frontier Store- / Steam- /Epic Games-alt on board of it with like T7 or T9 (and cargo racks so you can buy Trit from FC through market and donate it to the fuel tank) !!!!
Alt accounts seem to be very cheap nowadays also with regular discounts before Odyssey, so I think if one can afford FC, they can for now skip the FC paint-skin and use that money for an alt to stay all the time in a carrier ready to fuel it
Not been there myself, so no shipyard, no ships, so be back in the very upper edge of the bubble.
