Ok, so projected cost is modules cost, including salaries, because it changes on pause.
Now, what else expenses I have so accrued cost grows per minute?

Accrued is the week-to-date cost of the modules, it goes up and projected goes down at whatever interval FDev use - second or minute or something. Accrued is what you definitely owe at the end of the week as of this moment; projected is the additional amount that will be added on if you just log out for the remainder of the week and change nothing else.

So if someone was going on vacation, they could basically mothball the FC and reduce the costs??
