Thanks for your help!

If it is one solid color you could make the F1 all white, no need to make mask then.

In your screenshots I can't see the Material tab of Blender. What is the name of the Material assigned to your object in BLENDER? Can you screenshot that tab?

My Material's name is Material.

Remove the specular texture. It is probably the cause of the problem. The guide incorrectly indicates that SP maps work with Flexi-color maps. Smoothness maps and roughness maps can not be used together. They are part of different metalness workflows.

I try to make other models in the same way. But it can change color as usual.

I created the model from the text and changed it to a mesh. Is this the reason?

Btw, you have both RN and SM and they cancel each other because they are "inverting" each other (0% smoothness = matte surface, 0% roughness = shiny surface) Choose just one. I suggest keep RN it is the most rough surface if you want that.

Maybe it could do something with the mesh itself. I do not know. This is beyond me. I hope you will get helped. Maybe if you want you could upload the blender file including the textures files in a zip file here to forums and someone can take a peek.

EDIT:
Adding again, once I had problems with something not working, then out of frustration I selected the object in Blender and hit ctrl+C to copy it, start a fresh new empty file, pasted it into there and lo and behold it worked. :D

It is possible that UVs are inverted. Select all Faces in edit mode and do a Recalculate UVs from the toolbar. It might also be a good idea to have a look at the UV unwrapping.

Hello Helena and rrobnett!
Thank you for your advice. It is very useful.

The issue has been resolved. It's my fault to upload a file from an old folder. Hahaha
