Flexicolour items

Several of your most recently used colors are at the bottom of the color window that you can choose from. Personally if I find a mix I like and don't want to ahve to recreate from scratch...I have a word doc with the color numbers. If I ever need them again I just refer to the doc to replicate them. Is this ideal...no...but its the only option we really have right now. Works the same way in PlanCo.

I really don't like that mechanic, of how you have to either duplicate items that have the color scheme you like or go out of your way to somehow save the colors you like in a Word (or other) document. The game should provide you with the option to 'remember' the colors you chose for a certain item. It's very, very annoying to have to resort to duplicating items or remembering the colors each time you want to place a new item.

Good idea. Perhaps some sort of blueprint-like feature that saves the colour combination for an object? Or to get even fancier, a "theme" feature within which you can save multiple objects in their appropriate colours.

I was hoping it just might save the last colours used. At least you wouldn't have to constantly change it then. I dont know why it has to go back to original colour. As it can already show previously used colours I'm not sure why this cant be an option

You can also press Ctrl+C to copy the Code of the Color and then use Ctrl+V and then Enter (don't know if this Key has the same Name in English. I mean the one that is used to make a new line in a Text-Document) to use the Color on another Object

But then you'd have to select the color manually every time you placed a different object that used a different color. Fact of the matter is there's too much clicking involved for something that should be as simple as 'save the color(s) of this object' in some way so gamers can quickly choose that object with those colors instead of having to ctrl+c and ctrl+v or use spreadsheets to remember which color you used for which objects just in case you want to use that color again.
