As per title. Now can only choose between "toggle" or "hold for FA off".

Nope. Ignoring the toggle option for now, for the "hold" mode only the reverse is true: The assumption is that you fly FA ON by default and only momentarily visit FA OFF, I'm suggesting the opposite should be equally supported.

I have written a few threads like this in the past. So I fully support this suggestion.
This sounds logical to add as the option hold for FA OFF is already there...
