All for having a more vibrant universe, AFTER everything for the players are in place. Gameplay>immersion (for me anyway, but i know i'm not alone here).
And TBH, I wouldnt mind seeing these ships available to the players. Perhaps some civilian shuttles for when you just need to go from point A-B real quick. Then again I'm not exactly 100% in on extra work for ships that are (ultimately) inferior to what we otherwise have available.
