for dealing with a not working customer service

I just hope your CS requests were clearer than this thread, or it's no wonder you don't get replies ;)

if they say they will repair a broken game file and get a broken game file, what is not understandable? btw, then dont force the rest of the world to use your language. i even dont see the problem in my post by reading it again and again, just say what is wrong. and make it fast instead of insulting me.

What's the problem you're having?

my boyfriend send a broken (not loadable game file) last november. he lost 3 of his zoos. members of the forum, developers and the support told him, that broken files can be repaired. when they are send using the supports link. i did it also, when my file broke, we used the posted links. there are several posts addressing that. i got no reply, only, that someone is working on it (4 weeks ago) my boyfriend got no reply. others, (not few) also got no reply. so that support does not exist.and pretending, that it exist does not help us. dont bother to repair my zoo, i deleted it last week, but help the others.

Hi @AlexVonHumbug

I've had a chat and as your issue is account specific contacting support is your only option as support can investigate your request and save files if provided.

Hopefully they will be able to fix the problem.
