For the love of God fix the Bounty Hunting and Mercenary system!

Hey all! I'm sure this has been suggested before but I couldn't find it in the deluge of posts and would rather spend my time playing the game than plying the forums.
Anyway, there is a real problem with the Bounty Hunting and Merc systems. Outside of the fact that you get paid peanuts for putting your life and ship on the line comparatively, the missions themselves make no freaking sense! Why does a Wing mission that wants me to down 24 enemy combatants pay a little over 14 mil and the same mission solo requires 30 for the pathetic sum of just over 1 mil. I could make a little over 2 but that would require 48 ships instead. What gives?
You already have the game setup so that you are basically pressured into mining even if it's not your thing. Yeah you can make decent credits other ways but nothing even touches mining! And while I think that is a terrible design flaw (People can get endgame ships in just a few hours if they know what their doing), I'm not asking for that to be changed. Even though that would be a splendid idea...we all know it's never happening. Instead, you really should put more consideration into the other aspects. With mining being so stupidly lucrative, other options should at least pay decent. Not as much mind (or you'd further break your game) but rather enough to make it feel worth your time.
But if nothing else, please just fix the missions so your not being punished when you wanna do some combat and your buddies aren't online! I shouldn't be required to kill many more ships for abysmal sums when I'm going solo! Trying to once again convince yourself to go mining even though you suck at and/or hate it gets really old, really fast!
Also, for merc missions a blanket per kill option would be a welcome change. Then you don't feel like you just wasted your time when you have to get off earlier than expected after getting half your kills only to come back to a mission failed. It would also alleviate the above problem at least for that mission type.
 
I find most aspects of Wing missions and the payout to be really strangely compared to their solo missions... It is a great way to give away free credits to friends, etc, just wing up, share mission and turn in... instant free credits to your friend... So that mission that pays 14 million, with 3 others friends, that turns that payout to be a total of 56 milllion... that makes no sense... what would make sense, is if the mission paid like 56 million is if one player turned it in solo, if we are two players sharing the mission, then we would only get 28 million each, and if we are 4 players we would only get 14 million each. Well that would make more sense...

This would sadly not fix the issue you have brought up, the strange disparity between wing mission payout vs solo mission payouts... I have no issue with wing missions actually paying more than solo missions, as I would expect them to be harder to complete.... so a scaled wing mission for 4 players should pay the same amount to each players compared to a player doing the equivalent solo mission, but if you are good, you can do this wing mission with just 3 players, and get get paid more, or if you are really good (in relative terms here), you can do it solo and and cash in 4 times what the solo mission would have given you....(or your friends simply leave the wing to let you cash it all in...)
So the siminliar difficulty level of a solo mission should then pay 14 million...
