hmm - just got Black adder while core mining - so that's not fixed - had a "must own horizons" while landing on a planet yesterday as well (in a cobra 4 while running Horizons client) - haven't played much since last Oct - maybe I'm getting last year's errors to make up for any I missed :p

FWIW, I got Scarlet Krait just after dropping to normal space upon being hyperdicted in the Witch Head sector, last week. I was in my Fuel Rat Asp: no refinery, just Repair and Fuel limpet controllers plus otherwise ordinary gear.

Probably limpet related - I notice that when the refinery and cargo is full if your not quick to make an inventory space by launching a limpet or dumping something it hangs the limpets up. Even once space is available they won't go back to docking - also you will have to unequip and then re-equip the refinery in dock to get it to "fully" empty. By contrast if you can keep space free to avoid the first "jam" then the refinery will "auto" empty itself into cargo when you sell in port (as it always has done in the past).
This is different to how it used to work back about last Oct - I always ran with everything jammed to full capacity and as soon as you free'd a slot the limpets would start right back up.
Probably unrelated but something has been tweaked in power use as well - had to change to a "B" refinery as it was now "just" tipping me into using too much power on the "A" - the build was in mothballs for 5 months - so something has had a power usage tweak in the interim.

Getting the Scarlet Krait multiple times right now, I´m at the Serene Harbour site trying to decode datalinks and pick up scattered stuff on the ground with my buggy. No limpets, no mining gear. So it probably isn´t related to either limpets or mining.

Edit: It happens as I´m trying to leave the planet and system too. I can play for about 20-30 seconds, then I´m booted out. Must be serverside.
